They had legally become partners, yet there was no real relationship to speak of, which was hard for anyone to believe. Bai Xingluo, unable to maintain rational thought due to her current state, simply assumed that Tong Sui disliked her, thus rejecting her.
“Please go out, and also help me close the door. I can manage on my own,” she said.
Seeing Bai Xingluo really trying to tie the straps back, Tong Sui’s face flushed as he softly confessed, “I just haven’t done those things; I won’t…”
His last words were nearly inaudible. After a few seconds, he dared to glance up at Bai Xingluo’s expression.
“You won’t laugh at me, will you?”
It was reminiscent of their student days, where a strange competitive spirit always lingered. Male high school students, full of energy, enjoyed comparing how many crushes they had pursued or how many relationships they had experienced, even discussing more private matters.
Tong Sui was often the subject of such teasing. He would often be surrounded by a group of boys who would laugh, saying, “Sui Sui hasn’t even been kissed yet, right? Do you want me to teach you?”
“Aren’t you just an adult now? Still this innocent? Be careful of the bad guys who might deceive you!”
“It feels really good; once you try it, you’ll get addicted. If Sui Sui agrees, I can also help with the one below…”
Eventually, Tong Sui chose to avoid such conversations or would fabricate some details to escape being thrust into the spotlight for being inexperienced.
Bai Xingluo took a few seconds to process his words and hesitantly asked, “Are you saying you’ve never… been with a male insect?”
An innocent Tong Sui nodded slightly.
Feeling Bai Xingluo’s intense gaze upon him, his face became even redder as he retorted with irritation, “Is that weird? There’s no law that says we have to do such things…”
“Then have you been kissed?”
“What?”
Tong Sui didn’t expect her to follow up with more questions, so he resorted to the same excuse he used on classmates, “Of course I have; it was sweet, but other than that, it didn’t feel like much.”
The moment he finished speaking, the temperature in the room seemed to drop several degrees, making him shiver.
When Tong Sui looked at Bai Xingluo, he found her eyes dark, ready to unleash a storm. Bai Xingluo gritted her teeth, seeming like she wished to crush the nonexistent person Tong Sui mentioned in an effort to swallow them whole.
“Sweet, how sweet?”
Tong Sui had no idea; he was just making things up. Unable to describe it specifically, he nervously shifted his gaze away, trying to think of how to brush it off.
Yet he only appeared innocent, his long eyelashes lowered as if reminiscing.
Bai Xingluo clenched her fist, the knuckles cracking ominously. Her eyes flickered between a dangerous crimson and deeper shades of blue, creating a captivating mix.
When she stood up, her broad shoulders loomed like a dark mountain, radiating pressure towards Tong Sui.
Sensing the danger, Tong Sui couldn’t escape in time and was pinned down.
“Since the female bug has already kissed you, one more time won’t make a difference.”
Bai Xingluo leaned down slightly, lifting Tong Sui’s chin, her thumb resting against the soft line of his jaw. Her rough fingers gently brushed over the lips she had fantasized about countless times.
The chilling daylight outside seeped into the room, illuminating everything.
Though Bai Xingluo’s tone was fierce, her actions were tender. She lowered her head, reverently kissing the seemingly soft and warm lips.
Tong Sui felt his mind upended, like a strong spiritual force washing over him.
Their energies entwined, indistinguishable from one another. It was as if they were finally experiencing a long-awaited deluge, each nerve tingling and resonating through his body, igniting fireworks in his mind.
Fireworks exploded within him, and Bai Xingluo acted purely on instinct.
She swept through every corner of this newfound intimacy, feeling a yearning for more of the female master’s essence, wanting to leave her mark.
Lost in the moment, Tong Sui felt his mind go blank. Just as he thought he could hardly breathe, Bai Xingluo finally released him, allowing a rush of fresh air to flood in. He felt light-headed.
Fortunately, Bai Xingluo’s strong arm around his waist prevented him from collapsing to the ground in embarrassment.
Tong Sui struggled to lift his gaze, only to find Bai Xingluo appeared completely unfazed, despite her breath coming in short gasps and her knees threatening to buckle. Other than her lips looking a shade redder than usual, Bai Xingluo’s expression remained calm, but her eyes held an increasingly complex depth.
When their gazes met, sparks of invisible tension ignited, and the next second, Bai Xingluo leaned in again.
Tong Sui immediately panicked.
Bai Xingluo’s long, white fingers curled protectively between them, “W-wait a second.”
Bai Xingluo’s predatory gaze fell upon that fingertip, as if she were a starving wolf ready to devour him whole.
“Is the female master thinking I’m less sweet than her?”
Tong Sui felt as if the world went black. How could he compare himself to someone who didn’t even exist?
Besides, he had been too nervous earlier to even register the precise sensations.
The only memorable impression was that it felt like he had stolen something precious from Bai Xingluo, chased down and nibbled from every angle.
Seeing him hesitate to respond, Bai Xingluo furrowed her brow and forcibly interrupted Tong Sui’s train of thought, “Is she more attractive than I am? Is her spiritual power stronger than mine? Is her flexibility better than mine?”
That much was undeniable.
Tong Sui had never seen someone more beautiful than Bai Xingluo; he shook his head honestly, “You’re the best.”
“Then why do you reject me? Why won’t you kiss me or let me do anything?”
Bai Xingluo’s directness caught Tong Sui off guard; it felt as if their unspoken feelings were laid bare on the table, devoid of any shyness.
“I haven’t…”
“Then could you kiss me again?”
“Didn’t we just kiss?”
“It’s different; I kissed you before, now you need to kiss me.”
